Return Policy

I Blend my Tea takes great pride in the quality of our merchandise. We hope you enjoy your Tea as much as we do!

However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please email: customercare@iblendmytea.com with your return request. Please ensure to include your full name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the package.
Merchandise must not be opened, altered, or with signs of use or damage
Return orders must be packaged securely to avoid any damage to the items
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Any item not in its original packaging.


I Blend My Tea will accept returns only for damaged goods that are not opened. Due to CFIA (Canada) and FDA (USA) regulations, we are not able to accept to refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not happy with the value of our tea blends. Any customer who is concerned that their product is damaged or faulty can contact us via our contact us page to discuss the refund process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return shipping

When shipping the return package yourself, we suggest using a trackable, insured shipping method I Blend my Tea does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow us 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email: customercare@iblendmytea.com.

Refunds & Processing Time

If your package is returned within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2 business days of receipt of the return. Once the transaction has taken place, you will be notified via email to the address used to place the original order. Please note your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this refund transaction to your account once they have received the information from I Blend my Tea.

We cannot send a replacement, credit or refund for your purchase until we have received the returned items and completed inventory processing. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
